               PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.



               FINDING THE RIGHT BALANCE.






               Aiming at the all round development of students, SAI International Residential School
               conducts several courses in personality development, for the students to pursue

               their careers successfully. Based on an appropriate balance of theoretical as well as

               practical work, the programme includes question answer sessions, group discussions,
               slideshows, presentations and workshops. These help in the development of multiple
               areas such as memory and mind power, stress management, importance of outward

               appearance, conversational skills, an appropriate approach to work related areas, attitude,

               interpersonal relationships and confidence. Mock interviews are conducted to train the
               students to overcome their anxiety and gain confidence to face a variety of interactions
               and interviews. Students are also trained on ways to apply for jobs. Value based education

               is imparted in the form of goal setting, etiquettes, discipline etc. The students develop

               the required skills in:
