“The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.” – William James
Stress management starts with identifying the source of stress. In reality this is extremely difficult as one needs to do self-introspection and identify the true source of stress, look closely at their own habits, attitudes and yes excuses. Stress can affect ones thought, feeling and behaviour as well as lead to many diseases. An in-house workshop on Stress Management was conducted for teachers at SAI International School. Facilitators Swati Sengupta and Swetapadma Mohanty guided the teacher to identify the various stressors in life through several activities. Through role plays and team activities the participants also learnt about ways to cope with stress.
