On July 23, SAI International School buzzed with creativity and expression as Classes VI to VIII came together to celebrate the Literary Extravaganza 2025—an immersive festival of English language and literature. Organised by the school’s language faculty, the event brought alive the theme “A Timeless Tapestry of Tales Across Ages” through a vibrant mix of drama, poetry, storytelling, grammar games, and original writing.

The entire middle school block transformed into a dynamic literary wonderland. Each classroom became a themed hub of creativity, housing beautifully crafted models, interactive exhibits, and genre-based displays. Students collaboratively designed intricate dioramas, recreated iconic scenes from classic novels, and explored different literary styles.

Adding an element of joyful learning, a variety of grammar games encouraged students to explore language in interactive, student-led formats. The games fostered collaboration while deepening linguistic understanding in fun, engaging ways. Meanwhile, role-plays and dramatic dialogues brought beloved literary characters to life, reflecting students’ expressive abilities and confidence on stage.

A highlight of the event was the Creative Expressions Corner, where original student-written books published through Bribooks were proudly displayed. This unique platform celebrated the transition of our young writers into published authors, fostering a love for writing and storytelling. The event was judged based on innovation, creativity, depth of understanding, and presentation. The judges commended the powerful execution of ideas and the students’ remarkable ability to express complex literary concepts with clarity and enthusiasm.

The atmosphere throughout the event was electrically charged with curiosity, critical thinking, and celebration of expression. Literary Extravaganza 2025 truly showcased the boundless potential of language education when paired with imagination and experiential learning.
