An in-house training was conducted on May 9, 2018 for teachers from Class IV to VIII on Goal Setting, Question Bank and Blue Print. Teachers were given a detailed briefing on how to set goal every year by analyzing the overall growth in result of the School.

They were given an induction on how to prepare good questions, in reference with the CBSE Blueprint. The participating teachers also learnt about the characteristics of a good question and its benefit to the students.  They were provided with a few tricks on how to select appropriate questions which will help in enhancing the thinking, understanding and application ability of the students. With the help of Bloom’s taxonomy, the teachers were briefed on the effects of not preparing a good question paper.

The trainers also spoke about some of the common words which needs to be avoided and which can be used while preparing a question paper. The participants prepared model question papers in groups as per their department.
