Yoga is a way of living that aims towards a healthy mind in a healthy body, and Aerobic exercises are an important aspect of living a healthy lifestyle. Regular exercises help in improving muscle strength and boosting endurance.
In this critical time of COVID 19 pandemic and complete lockdown, SAI International introduced the Online Suprabhat Session to help students from Play Group to Class XII and their parents feel energized and prepared for the day.
Two different sessions are held every day, one on Yoga and the other on Aerobics. Both the activities start at 6am, while Yoga is an hour long activity, Aerobics continue for two hours. The sessions are actively participated both by the students and parents.
