The journey started early for our SAIoneers as they set out for the 7th AFS National Meet in Bidar, Karnataka. The excitement was palpable from the very first moment, taking off from Bhubaneswar and landing in Hyderabad, our students were ready for an adventure of a lifetime.

The real fun began on the bus journey to Manik Public School, shared with students from 4–5 other schools. Laughter, music, jokes, and endless chatter filled the ride, with a midway stop to enjoy a delightful mini-feast featuring pani puri, bhel puri, sev puri, cold coffee, hot chocolate, and chocolate frappe —keeping energy and spirits soaring.

By evening, the students arrived at Manik Public School and settled into their dormitories. The evening continued with a spiritually uplifting visit to Shri Manik Prabhu Temple for the bhandara, leaving our SAIoneers with a sense of peace and gratitude.

The day ended with a spectacular Dandiya Night, where students immersed themselves in music, dance, and vibrant colours. Twirling sticks, energetic rhythms, and joyous laughter created memories that will last a lifetime. Exhausted yet elated, our SAIoneers returned to their dorms, ready for the adventures and learning that awaited them in the coming days.
