Synergising Emotions and Building Connections in Cambridge Curriculum via Leader In Me Program

On 22 April 2025, the Cambridge students of Class IV embarked on an emotional exploration activity, fostering unity and synergy in their classroom. This enriching session, centered around the Leader in Me habit Synergise, allowed the students to express their emotions and learn the importance of collaboration and mutual respect.

Through interactive team-building games, expressive drawings, and open discussions, students discovered the transformative power of empathy, active listening, and understanding. The activity encouraged them to express their feelings and experiences, which in turn cultivated a culture of support, respect, and unity. By learning to work together as a team, the students not only grew emotionally but also strengthened the bonds within their classroom.

This initiative played a pivotal role in nurturing social-emotional awareness and promoting the idea that collaboration leads to success.
