The students of SAI International School have once again made the school proud with their brilliant academic performance in the All India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISSCE) 2018. Pranav Manie with an astounding aggregate of 98% in Commerce stream becomes the School Topper. He is closely followed by Komal Trishna with 97.4% who got the 2nd position, while five students Aman Kumar Agarwal, Garima Agarwalla, Abhiskek Bhudolia, Preeyal Poddar and Visakha Raghuram shared the 3rd place with 95.8%.
In the Science stream Ashwini Acharya became the School topper with an aggregate of 97.4%, followed by Sohan Kumar Parida got the 2nd position with 97.2% and the 3rd position was shared by Sameer Patra and Uday Sharma with 96.6%.The topper of the Humanities stream is Parthabi Kanungo who secured 96.6%. Adyasha Patra scored 96.4% to take the 2nd position and Malavika Ranjan with 95.8% got the 3rd place.
SAIoneers have been creating new benchmarks in academics every year whereby elevating the level of excellence of the school. AISSCE 2018 results reflect the hard work and perseverance of the students and teachers alike. As many as 484 students had appeared for the examination, out of which 32.2% of students secured more than 90% of marks and 89.3% of students secured more than 75% which is an achievement in itself.
In Science stream, 89% students got above 75% marks making the school average of Science at 84.2%. In Commerce, 89.7% got more than 75%, bringing the school average in Commerce to 85% and in Humanities, 88.9% of students got more than 75%, keeping the school average at 86.3%.
