As a part of their participation in the 1st Asian SDG Challenger Trophy, SAIoneers engaged in another impactful project on a different front. SAIoneers from both SAI International School (SIS) and SAI International Residential School (SIRS) visited the Utkalmani Old Age Home on August 28, 2023, where they facilitated a session on yoga for the elderly residents. This heartwarming interaction involved not only guiding the elderly inmates through appropriate yoga exercises and asanas tailored to their specific ailments but also creating a strong bond between the students and the residents. 

This collaborative effort aimed to enhance the well-being and overall health of the elderly, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals by promoting physical and mental wellness among older individuals while fostering empathy and compassion among the participating students.
