SAI International is proud to share that Inspire Awards-Manak 9th National Awardee, Shreyansh Vikas Mishra of Class XI will be presenting his award-winning entrepreneurial project (Novel Ergonomics) at the Festival of Innovations & Entrepreneurship (FINE), an initiative to recognise, respect, showcase, reward innovations and to foster a supportive ecosystem for innovators, organised by Rashtrapati Bhavan & hosted by Hon’ble President of India, in association with the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and the National Innovation Foundation. Hon’ble President of India, Droupadi Murmu will be inaugurating the festival, which will remain open for public viewing between 1200 hrs to 1700 hrs from April 10-13, 2023.
Shreyansh had previously made his way into the top 60 from 6.53 lakh ideas received from across India at Inspire Awards-Manak, 9th National Level Exhibition & Project Competition (NLEPC) by National Innovation Foundation Department of Science and Technology, Govt. Of India.
Shreyansh’s project NOVEL ERGONOMICS is based on a neck sensor device that indicates wrong sitting posture when people are forced to sit for a long time on gadgets. An easy and affordable solution for neck discomfort, this device aims to reduce the pain, discomfort, mental and physical agony for people sitting for long hours of work, improving overall posture & work productivity.
The NLEPC is an important milestone under the annual INSPIRE Awards – MANAK (Million Minds Augmenting National Aspiration and Knowledge), a flagship scheme jointly implemented by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, and the National Innovation Foundation - India, an autonomous body of the DST.

The SAIoneer himself was thrilled with his achievement. “I am extremely happy to be presenting my project at the Rashtrapari Bhavan, before the Hon’ble President of India. It almost feels surreal to be a part of this national celebration of creativity & innovation at & for grassroots. I am thankful to my school, my teachers for giving me ample opportunities for research & innovation at SAI International, and above all our Chairman Sir & Chairperson Ma’am, who has always inspired and motivated me to think beyond the limits,” said Shreyansh.
