Tarun Tapan Bhuyan, a standout pupil from SAI International School, has earned a prestigious feature in _The New Indian Express'_ special New Year edition. As one of the youngest freelance content writers for _Edex.Live_, the educational portal of The New Indian Express, Tarun was the only student from Odisha to be selected. 

The article "_Rewind and Reset: 5 Young Voices, 1 Defining Year_" appeared in The New Indian Express on December 30, 2024. It highlighted Tarun's reflections on 2024's most impactful events, attracting a readership of 595,000 people from six states.

Tarun wrote electrically from the overlooked ban order of Salman Rushdie’s book by Indian officials to the global repercussions of the Israel-Hamas conflict. He also delved into pop culture stories with a sociologically profound spin. 

Tarun’s journey as a content writer began with contributions to _Edex.Live_, where he has already contributed four articles on leaders and global events, showcasing his ability to navigate diverse topics from heartfelt reflections on Dr. Manmohan Singh’s legacy to incisive critiques of Delhi’s livability crisis and global political shifts like Trump’s re-election, underscoring his range.
