SAI International School witnessed the New York Times Best-Selling Author Mr. Sean Covey President of FranklinCovey Education, USA, Mr. William Bill Mclntyre, Vice of President, FranklinCovey Education, USA, Dr. Kannan Gireesh, Founder LiveLife Education, Dr. K Abdul Ghani, the Green Man of India on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, in an interactive session with the educators from different schools including Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan schools and schools such as DM School, Kendriya Vidyalaya 01, 02 & 03, JNV Munduli & KV Munduli of Odisha, teachers and students under the LeaderInMe Connect Programme held at the School premise.

The learning curriculum of LeaderInMe Program as incorporated by SAI International School has benefitted the students and teachers immensely. This programme incorporating ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ as authored by American Educator, Author Stephen Richard Covey, the father of Sean Covey, is an evidence-based, comprehensive model that builds leadership & life skills in students, creates a high-trust school culture, and lays the foundation for sustained academic achievement. 

The session was highly interactive with educators and students posing numerous questions to Sean Covey.  Sean Covey while addressing the august gathering said, “Everybody has the potential to lead and can-do wonders. Every child is incredible special and worthy”.

When students asked him for suggestions for imparting the 7 habits in the children post pandemic, he said, “SAI International is diligently following and imparting the 7 habits in the students through various activities in the classroom learning space and I’m sure through these activities students of SAI International will definitely scale up to be the leaders in the future”.

Speaking at the occasion Chairperson SAI International, Dr. Silpi Sahoo said, “Taking into accordance how the paradigms of leadership under this program has immensely benefitted the students, teacher efficacy & the school as whole. This programme is aligned to our Founder’s vision of empowering students to be leaders, equipped with the life-skills for building a better India”.
