The annual Investiture Ceremony of SAI International School was conducted on Monday, July 23, 2018. It was graced by Chief Guest Shri Bijay Kumar Patnaik, IAS, Former Chief Secretary of Odisha and President Vedant University who adorned the newly inducted leaders of the Student Council 2018-19 and the leaders of different Clubs with sashes and pinned the badges, in a glittering ceremony held in the Indraprastha Auditorium. On the occasion, he also delivered the SAI Decadal Lecture on how to acquire knowledge and make optimal use of it.

Priyanshu Mishra was selected as the Head Boy and Khushi Gupta as the Head Girl of the Student Council for the academic session 2018-19. The position for Vice Head Boy and Vice Head Girl went to Rishu Nideesh Pathak and Shivangi Sharma respectively.

Chief Guest Shri Patnaik congratulated the newly inducted leaders and inspired them to become wise leaders of the future to serve the country well. Speaking on the occasion Dr. Bijoy K Sahoo said that no contribution is small or great, irrespective of the position one holds, a true leader always gives 200 percent of his capabilities. Principal, Shri Harish Sanduja in the valedictory address congratulated the student leaders.

Head Boy Priyanshu Mishra thanked his mentors for their faith in him and sought their guidance in handling his responsibility with utmost dignity, devotion, sincerity and commitment. Khusi Gupta in her maiden address as the Head Girl said that the Students Council is goal driven and highly motivated and on behalf of the entire Student Council pledged to lead the school by virtues of righteousness, integrity and humility, signifying the quality of each SAIoneer. The annual Investiture Ceremony of SAI International School is held every year to bestow the young SAIoneers with the responsibility of leading their school with commitment and confidence.
