Cambridge students Ashrith Kandi, Samiara Nayak, and Shanvi Mishra from Class VI showcased their groundbreaking idea- AutoPlantWatering, during Xpress Yatra. Their innovation aimed to address the common issue of plants suffering during owners' vacations. The ingenious device, equipped with sensors and machine learning, automatically waters plants based on soil texture and growth conditions.

Their outstanding concept secured them a spot among the top 10 ideas at O-hub, Start-up Odisha's DemoDay, where they were felicitated by eminent dignitaries by Startup Odisha. Notably, the trio was awarded a cash prize of Rs. 10,000 for their exceptional contribution to sustainable and smart gardening solutions.
