On 23 April 2025, the students of Class IV engaged in two enriching activities that complemented their learning journey—Sai Samskara and Framing Numbers. These sessions not only focused on character-building but also nurtured academic growth through hands-on learning experiences.
The Sai Samskara session was a heartwarming exploration of essential moral values. Students were introduced to virtues such as honesty, respect, and compassion, which are integral to developing a responsible and empathetic society. Emphasizing the significance of prayer and the use of ‘magical words’ like please, thank you, and sorry, the session encouraged the learners to adopt positive behaviours in everyday life. Through discussions and practical examples, they learned how small gestures can create lasting impacts.
Later, the Framing Numbers activity provided a fun and interactive approach to mathematics. Students used paper cups to frame numbers and applied their knowledge of place value while comparing and arranging the greatest and smallest numbers. This hands-on approach reinforced mathematical concepts and enhanced their understanding of number patterns.
Both activities served as a valuable blend of moral and academic development, reinforcing the importance of both character-building and intellectual growth.
