The 4-member Girls Under- 14 Chess team from SAI International School won the 3rd position in the CBSE Far East Zone Chess Championship 2019, held at Guwahati, Assam from September 26 to 28, 2019. The talented team members include Class VI students Sanchee Sahoo and Priyanka Nayak and Class VII students Prapti Panda and SamidhaAgasti.
The event is participated by students from CBSE Schools of Guwahati and Bhubaneswar Region which includes Assam, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal and Odisha.
