SAI International School successfully hosted SAI Confluence 2025, a grand cultural and thought-leadership evening themed ‘Udaan@100 India Rising’, marking a reflective and inspiring celebration of India’s journey towards 100 years of Independence to be commemorated in 2047. The confluence brought together students, parents, educators, and esteemed guests to honour India’s glorious past, engage with its vibrant present, and envision its promising future.

The programme began with a captivating Symphony followed by a solemn Invocation Dance, setting a spiritually uplifting and patriotic tone for the evening. The formal welcome address by Dr. Silpi Sahoo, Chairperson, SAI International Education Group, highlighted the transformative power of education in nation-building. She emphasised that ‘Udaan@100 India Rising’ is not merely a celebration, but a call to prepare future-ready citizens who are deeply rooted in values, empathy, and integrity, capable of shaping India@2047 with innovation and purpose.

A significant highlight of the event was the Holistic Parenting Award Presentation, acknowledging parents as indispensable partners in nurturing balanced, value-driven individuals and reinforcing the school’s belief in collaborative education.

The heart of SAI Confluence 2025 lay in the spellbinding dance drama presented by the SAIoneers. Through expressive performances, students traced India’s civilisational journey—Class IV portrayed ancient and medieval India, Class V depicted the colonial era and freedom struggle, while Class VI brought alive the historic moment of Independence in 1947. The narrative then transitioned into India Rising, with Class VII highlighting nation-building, Class VIII celebrating India’s achievements and global presence, and Class IX envisioning India@2047 as a nation driven by innovation, inclusivity, sustainability, and youthful leadership. The evening culminated with a powerful closing performance by Class XI, symbolising confidence and readiness to lead the nation forward.

The confluence concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by the school leadership, reaffirming SAI International School’s unwavering commitment to holistic education that seamlessly blends academics, culture, values, and national ethos.
