NILAKANTHA PANIGRAHI, Sr. PRINCIPAL

SAI International School is under the able guidance and caring hands of the Senior Principal, Shri Nilakantha Panigrahi. In his glorious career at the School, since the
year 2009, he has shown exemplary leadership qualities as Sr. Vice Principal of SAI International School.

Shri Panigrahi has more than 16 years of experience as Administrative Leader in the Education Industry and 25 years of experience in teaching science, particularly
physics, to secondary and senior secondary classes. He is a recipient of the Global Teacher’s Accreditation Award conferred by the British Council.

He has a rich experience in successfully managing resources and staff to improve educational services, thereby providing pupils and teachers with the best environment
to achieve their full potential. He is also involved in planning and implementation of innovative ideas in teaching.
Shri Panigrahi has sound knowledge of curriculum development and making model lesson-plans using ICT. He is actively associated with production and publication of
assignments and best materials for students of senior secondary classes. His unique approach and temperament to challenge the underlying potential, makes success
easy for students. His ability to mentor and monitor students for competitive examinations is highly appreciable.

Shri Panigrahi regularly attends Seminars and Workshops on Education, including Strategic Leadership for Schools in a Changing Environment by IIM Ahmedabad,
Strategic Management & Leadership IIM-Kolkata, Confi dent Communication in Business by the British Council etc. He has completed his Master’s in Science and B.Ed.
from Utkal University. At the moment, he is pursuing his Ph.D. from Utkal University in Material Science.
His previous positions include Principal, AV Birla Institute of Learning, Haldwani, Uttaranchal and Vice Principal, Delhi Public School Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand.
