SCHOLAR BADGE

Scholars stand shining apart from the class with their outstanding academic excellence. To acknowledge these budding geniuses and encourage them to soar to greater newer heights, a Scholar Ceremony is conducted every year. It is one of the most prestigious ceremonies, where meritorious students are awarded appreciation certificates and badges.

Scholar Badges are awarded to students who score an aggregate of 85% and above, in a session. Scholar Blazers are given to those meritorious students who win the Scholar Badge for three consecutive years and if the merit continues, then a Star is added to the Scholar Blazer for each progressive year. The highest honour, the Sapphire Badge, is awarded if a student gets four stars in continuation.

Classes V-X – Students have to score 85% and above aggregate for the Scholar Badge and winning three Scholar Badges in a row will earn them the Scholar Blazer. Current year blazer holders and previous year blazer holders are awarded with a Blazer and a Star.

• The continuity of the stars is based on the performance of the current year and the stars cannot be carried forward cumulatively if lost one year in between.
• Students already receiving Scholar badge in the previous school shall continue the same based on sufficient documentary evidence provided.
• A student can be given up to 5 grace marks if he/she has scored the required % in aggregate but has failed to secure the required % in each individual subject as per the decision of management.
• Blazer holders (VII-X) are required to purchase the blazer from the school store.
• If a child (class V-X) has got the 90% in aggregate. He/she will get the badge/ blazer even if he/she has not got the required % in one subject.
• 4 consecutive star holders get a sapphire badge.

Classes XI-XII

Students Of SAI International will get the Scholar Badge when they secure 80% and above in aggregate and students who score 85% and above get a Blazer while those who score 90% and above are eligible for a Blazer and a Star :

• Previous Year badge holders & current year badge holder will get : blazer
• Previous Year badge holders & current year blazer holder will get : blazer
• Previous Year badge holders & current year blazer + star holders : blazer + 1star
• Previous Year blazer holders & current year badge holder will get : badge
• Previous Year blazer holders & current year blazer holder will get : blazer + 1star
• Previous Year blazer holders & current year blazer+ star holders holder will get : blazer + 2 star
• Previous Year blazer + star holders & current year badge holder will get :Badge
• Previous Year blazer + star holders & current year blazer holder will get : blazer
• Previous Year blazer + star holders & current year blazer + star holders will get : blazer + 3 star

Other Criteria
