SAI Global Studies provides an in-depth knowledge of the world around and helps children gain newer perspectives of the world and different economies, cultures and traditions.

Global studies is important because one needs to understand the cultural background behind religion, war and terrorism before he/she can make a knowledgeable judgment. Ignorance does nothing but feed the soul with resistance to other cultures and ideas. This subject focuses on an interdisciplinary examination of global interdependence, which is an essential ingredient in the learning process for an International school. The content of the syllabus includes an examination of historical, ecological, cultural, technological and political-economic global developments.
