On Wednesday, October 17, 2018, the students visiting USA as part of the Global Immersion Programme (GIP) had a great day attending classes at Lynbrook High School. Each of the thirteen students was assigned to one of the students of the host school. The entire day was spent in shadowing the partner student and getting to know more about the school and the education system there.

SAIoneers attended classes along with them, learning about their process of teaching, the classroom environs and many other things. They also got to attend the homecoming of the Class 2021 followed by an amazing performance. The day in the High School ended with making friends and learning a gamut of things.

Later on in the evening the students were taken by their host families to a bowl OK no club and did three hours of bowling and gaming. It was one of the most interactive and memorable days for the team of students.
