Far across the horizon

My homeland smiles back

Gives a green light

A signal to go ahead

It says, enjoy the moment.

Gusts of wind shake it

Just for a while,

The rainbow colours all around

Brings a glee, well deserved

At the end of the day

it matters, what choice you’ve made.

Good or bad, it is yours after all,

Appreciation or scorn.

Take it with a smile

Love it the way you like,

After all it’s your life.
