He outlined the five major verticals of education like giving emphasis to experiential learning, imbibing values in the students, wellness of students or developing a passion for learning in them and trying out ways to develop life skills in the children.

Dr.Saha said that conditioning of one’s mind reflects in the checking of papers and so one needs to condition it with adequate knowledge as well as with integrity and honesty. He shared some of the major ways which can aid in streamlining the examination system like assessing the examiners to identify the lacunas and providing training to weed those out,

Highlighting the importance of education Dr. Sahoo said that education and development are directly corelated and so it is immensely important for a country to invest heavily into its education system. He shared Odisha was once known for Pushpagiri Mahavihara, considered as ancient Indian higher learning institution parallel to the Nalanda, Vikramshila and Takshila universities and added that Bhubaneswar is soon going to be one of the prominent educational hubs of the country and bring back the lost glory.
