Chef Mohit Dudeja from Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts shared his educational and professional journey with the students during the SAI Decadal Lecture. In his talk, the Silver medalist of the 44th Worldskills competition gave an insight on the importance of global skills in a person and inspired the students to acquire hands-on-experience rather than solely focus on gaining bookish knowledge.
The young Chef said that ‘an educational degree has its own beauty and benefit, but education should be knowledge oriented, not degree oriented’.
