Akshat Gunwant of Class VIII won the Gold Medal in 50-55 kg category, at the 27th Odisha State Wushu Championship held at Talcher from October 18 to 20, 2019. The young boy got selected to participate in the National Wushu Championship to be held in Kolkata on November 25 to 30, 2019.
