Dear Participant,
Thank you for participating in UNWIND, India’s Largest Student-Led Mega Fest, conducted
by SAI International Education Group.
With 15,000 students, parents and relatives onboard from all SAI entities, not only is UNWIND
back after a gap of a year for all of us to relax, unwind and indulge but the 13th edition of
UNWIND, for the first time ever, is being held virtually in the form of e-UNWIND 2021 on
Sunday, the 23rd of January, 2022.
We welcome you as a participant in the Master Cooking Class With Japan Workshop.
The workshop’s participants will be taught how to make mouth-watering “Dorayaki”, a famous
sweet in Japan which just happens to be Doraemon’s favourite snack. Learn this from the
comfort of your homes!
The workshop shall be held from 1:00PM to 2:00 PM
Please refer to the ingredients which can be kept ready at hand by you for a more
immersive experience in our workshop as mentioned below.
