SAI Olympics, the annual sports meet, is a euphoric mix of displaying
outstanding talents; nail biting races, colourful drills and spectacular
cultural performances. The grand event showcases the sporting
talent and the physical agility of the students, the feeling of unity and
inculcates the house spirit.
SAI TED: A student driven event, conceptualised to orient, educate
and prepare students to work towards becoming future innovators,
researchers, consultants and designers in their preferred fields. Students
benefit intellectually by gaining knowledge on the latest research,
innovations, technologies, designs, engineering and health care. This is
complemented with SAITED Talks by eminent personalities from diverse
fields to motivate the students further. The event showcases a paradigm
shift on some new perceptions and co-evolution of science and society
and attempts to illustrate conclusions concerning the related future and
implications of innovative and futuristic technology.
SAI CAREER TALK: SAI Career Talk is a knowledge pool platform
where the story of life and life choices comes forth in an engaging
manner enthralling a room full of curious inquisitive minds. The
speakers often handpicked, meet our vibrant SAIoneers to unfold
the outside world of top universities across the Globe, giving them
an overview of the advantages of pursuing undergraduate courses in
renowned universities in places like the UK, USA, Singapore and many
others.
The Career Talks help students to know about the different approaches
to learning that empowers individuals and prepare them to deal with
complexity, diversity, and change. It provides students with broad
knowledge of the wider world (e.g., science, culture, and society) as
well as in-depth study in a specific area of interest, further helping
them select the career of their choice.

SAI International holds SAI Alumni Talks that endeavors to pave a way
for interaction between our alumni and our current batch of SAIoneers
of Classes IX and above, to inspire them to dream big and achieve
their dreams. It is a brilliant medium for our SAIoneers to interact with
the Alumni and learn from their experiences. The SAI Alumni Talks
helps students to know directly from the seniors the processes to get
into the fields and areas of their interest. These sessions widen the
knowledge horizon and expands the career prospects. The seniors
guide the students on how to pursue passion and the steps towards
achieving one’s goals. The sessions help in preparing for the real world.
HOUSE ACTIVITIES
The House system is a long standing tradition that creates competition,
promotes good work and behaviour, encourages teamwork, provides
opportunities to take on responsibilities and brings everyone in the
school together. Students are awarded house points for academic,
extra-curricular and pastoral activities in daily school life. The house
points build towards certificates of achievement for individuals and
develop self-confidence and team pride, leading to house pride.
Quizzes, competitions and sports activities in which house teams
compete against each other to earn house points, are the essence of
house competitions. These activities run in conjunction with different
departments in the school, enabling students to demonstrate their
prowess in Poetry, Drama, Languages, Humanities, Maths, Science,
Sports, Music, Debating and Literature.
CLUBS AND SOCIETIES
a. Ignited Minds – Debating
The school’s debating club grooms the students in enhancing
their skills as competent debaters and in extempore. The club not
only prepares the students for public speaking and inter-school
competitions but also guides on how to effectively deliberate
discussions on current issues of national and international importance.
This raises the students’ awareness levels and inculcates skills such as
critical thinking and self-confidence.
