- Inauguration of Bijoy Indoor Stadium & Bijoy Maidan: The state-of-the-art Bijoy Indoor Stadium and Bijaya Maidan at SAI International School, inaugurated by Hon'ble CM Shri Naveen Patnaik, symbolize the integration of sports education into the learning curriculum. With vast areas of 30,000 sqft & 40,000 sqft. respectively, these complexes foster skill development, holistic growth among budding athletes & sports enthusiasts.
- Upcoming Indoor Sporting Complex at SIRS: Apart from the existing sporting facilities, the upcoming indoor stadium at SAI International Residential School, spanning approximately 10,000 sqft, heralds a new era of sports excellence within the school premises. This cutting-edge multi-sport facility will cater to a wide range of sports and activities, including badminton, table tennis, push ball, chess, an open gym & a yoga centre, thereby providing top-notch sporting facilities to nurture talent, promoting physical fitness & holistic growth, and encouraging a spirit of sportsmanship among students.
- Inauguration of Cambridge Block: Mr. Rod Smith, Group Managing Director, International Education, Cambridge University Press and Assessment, officially inaugurated the Cambridge Block, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to enhance the learning experience of our students. Cambridge curriculum focus on futuristic learning attributes, alongside existing CBSE & IGCSE curriculums.
- Introduction of Spanish: We are excited to announce the introduction of Spanish language classes in our curriculum. This addition aims to provide our students with a broader linguistic skill set and a deeper understanding of diverse cultures.
- Introduction to AI: Young learners of SAI Angan were introduced to Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a part of SAI Repertoire, giving them an overview of the digital age that awaits them.
- NEET, CLAT, and JEE Results: We celebrate our students' outstanding achievements in NEET, CLAT, and JEE exams, leading to opportunities in prestigious institutions and fulfilling careers. We are humbled to have amidst us the state toppers in JEE 2023, NEET 2023, CLAT 2024, and AILET 2024, along with the Science CBSE 2023 Topper.
- Founder’s Memorial Series – Devdutt Pattanaik: Renowned author and mythologist, Devdutt Pattanaik, graced our school as part of the Founder’s Memorial Series. His enlightening session enriched our students' understanding of mythology and its relevance in contemporary society.
- GIP (Global Immersion Programme): Our Global Immersion Program (GIP) offers students invaluable international exposure, nurturing global citizenship and cultural understanding. In 2023, SAIoneers undertook a learning journey to Sri Lanka and the UK, aligning with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In Colombo, students participated in the 16th Global Youth Peace Fest, while the UK trip included visits to historical and cultural sites, fostering cross-cultural exchanges.
- International Sports Achievement: Our students have demonstrated exceptional talent and sportsmanship not only on the national front but also on the international stage in swimming & tennis, bringing pride to our school with their remarkable achievements.
- Live Telecast of SIRS Cricket Champions Trophy: (SIRS) successfully concluded the highly anticipated 3rd edition of the SIRS Champions Trophy on 22nd March’24, which was live telecasted in the IPL format. It turned out to deliver a riveting blend of talent, excitement, and camaraderie.
- Introducing Financial Literacy for Kindergarteners: We are pleased to introduce financial literacy activities for our KG-I and KG-II students, aimed at instilling foundational concepts of money management and financial responsibility from an early age. Through engaging activities and interactive games, we aim to cultivate a strong understanding of financial literacy, empowering our young learners to make informed decisions and develop healthy financial habits for their future.
- SAI Alumni Story: We aim to inspire and guide our current students through the compelling narratives of our accomplished alumni, encouraging them to pursue their dreams and contribute positively to society. These inspiring alumni stories are being shared across our social media handles, stating their journeys of excellence, reinforcing the drive for our existing SAIoneers.
- SAI Repertoire: The recently concluded SAI Repertoire, a transformative 9-day journey that concluded on March 20, 2024, served as a catalyst for nurturing learners with a holistic skill set, empowering them with essential 21st-century competencies. The comprehensive and immersive experience bridged cross-curricular concepts, constructing a dynamic connection between classroom education and real-world scenarios.
