To be able to identify and handle conflict sensibly, fairly, and efficiently at work place it is important for the workforce to understand and work on their emotions. A workshop on Conflict Management was conducted by Shri Harish Sanduja, Principal, SAI International School on Thursday, May 16, 2019. Shri Sanduja outlined the process of limiting the negative aspects of conflict while increasing the positive side of it.

The main focus of this workshop was to enhance learning as a team work and improving the outcomes and effectiveness and performance of the School as a whole. He explained about the types of conflict and focused to understanding of the source of conflict and the different ways of overcoming those keeping in mind the type of conflict one is going through.

Shri Sanduja further guided the teachers and asked them to be empathetic towards children and parents and at times of disagreement with parents the teachers should make an effort to understand the parents’ point of view as well and try to resolve the issue with ease and compassion.
