SAI International School conducted a two-day Training Programme in Principals Capacity building for Prospective Resource Persons for CBSE Schools. The programme was organised by Central Board of Secondary Education with an objective to strengthen the managerial skills of the Principals on classroom management process. 58 Principals from entire Odisha CBSE schools attended the program.
Quality concerns in school education are among the priorities of CBSE as they play a pivotal role in the development of the country. The Board is committed to make provisions for various training programmes for teachers and principals to enhance their understanding of curriculum and delivery mechanism and other professional qualities. Through the Cascade mode, the Board selects and trains master trainers and mentors for ensuring the benefits of these programmes to percolate down to all the teachers and students in the schools.
The training programme gave excellent insight into the various nuance of classroom management and the roles and responsibilities of the teachers. Since the last three months SAI International School has been regularly conducting various training programmes organized by CBSE for the capacity building of teachers.
